What we do
To fuel the world's most demanding athletes with culinary-grade, performance-precise nutrition — and to train the chefs who can do the same.

About · Chef J, Founder
What started as one chef cooking for athletes has become a standard — and a team that carries it.
The origin
Chef J founded Chef Xport on one belief: food made with skill and intention is a form of service. A decade feeding professional athletes taught him that the plate is the first place performance is won or lost — and Chef Xport exists to hold that line, measured and cooked fresh, every time.
We are a chef company before we are a meal company — and a service company before either. — Chef J
Mission · Vision · Purpose
To fuel the world's most demanding athletes with culinary-grade, performance-precise nutrition — and to train the chefs who can do the same.
A nationwide — then global — network of Xport-certified chefs, placed wherever elite performance demands elite fuel, from locker rooms to olympic villages.
To serve — and through service, to bring people to know Christ.
Core values
Not a marketing posture — how we operate, especially on the long days.
A foundation that shows up in how we operate, not how we market — in the way we treat clients, cooks, and vendors; in generosity as a baseline; in rest protected for the team. Felt, not announced.
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart." — Colossians 3:23What we say in the pitch is what lands on the plate — macros are real, sourcing is traceable, pricing is transparent. When we miss, we name it, fix it, and make it right.
"The integrity of the upright guides them." — Proverbs 11:3Every chef we develop leaves stronger than they arrived. We choose margin over volume, invest for twenty years instead of one quarter, and return a share of every season's growth to community and cause.
"Well done, good and faithful servant." — Matthew 25:23
