Chef Xport is a premium personalized meal preparation service designed for elite performers, athletes, executives, and health-conscious individuals. We provide chef-crafted meals with precise macro tracking, delivered fresh to your door.

Who is Chef Xport for?

We specialize in serving high-performers who demand precision nutrition: professional athletes, fitness enthusiasts, busy executives, and anyone committed to achieving their performance goals through optimal nutrition.

How do I get started?

Fill out our intake form on the website, and we'll schedule a personalized 15-minute consultation call with Chef J. During this call, we'll discuss your goals, dietary needs, and create a customized plan just for you. You'll then receive your portal access credentials and start receiving meals within about 2 weeks.

What's the onboarding timeline?

After your consultation call, we're typically about 2 weeks out from onboarding as we carefully dial in each client's specific needs. You'll receive your portal invitation email early in the week before your first delivery.

Food & Preparation

What's your food philosophy?

We source everything as fresh as possible - all-natural ingredients with no preservatives. While not everything is organic, everything is grown naturally. We're constantly working with farmers to secure even better quality products.

Where are meals prepared?

All meals are prepared in licensed commercial kitchens (EXOS facility) by professional chefs with 10-15 years of experience working with elite athletes.

What about dietary restrictions?

We accommodate various dietary needs including allergies and food sensitivities. During your consultation, we'll ask detailed questions about restrictions (including specific cases like milk protein allergies, where high-temperature cooking may help), foods you enjoy, and foods to avoid.

Do you offer à la carte or bulk protein?

We're working on adding à la carte options and bulk protein offerings. Check back with us for updates on these new service pillars.

How long do meals stay fresh?

Meals are designed to stay fresh refrigerated for 4 days. Please consume within this timeframe for optimal quality and safety.

Delivery & Logistics

When are meals delivered?

Deliveries occur on Mondays and Wednesdays between 11am-4pm.

What's the deadline for making changes?

Thursday is the cutoff for next week's changes or cancellations. This ensures we can source fresh ingredients and prepare your customized meals.

Is delivery included in the price?

Yes! We offer absolutely free delivery - always. Zero delivery fees, zero hidden charges. Your weekly price includes everything: premium meals, complimentary delivery to your door, and access to all portal features.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver within approximately a 15-mile radius from North Scottsdale, Arizona. This includes Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, parts of Phoenix, and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether you're in our delivery zone, just provide your address during the intake process or contact us at support@chefxport.com and we'll confirm coverage for your location.

What if I'm traveling or need to pause?

You can pause your subscription or make adjustments through your customer portal. Just remember to make changes before the Thursday deadline.

When are you closed?

We're closed Thanksgiving week (no meals) and Christmas week (no meals or delivery).

Pricing & Billing

How does billing work?

Weekly automatic billing through Stripe. Your card will be charged each week for upcoming meals.

Is there a one-time grace refund?

Yes, if you forget to change your subscription before the Thursday deadline, we offer one-time grace refund. After that, you'll be charged the full amount if changes aren't made before the deadline.

Can I change my meal count after signing up?

Absolutely! Once your portal is live, you can adjust your meal count anytime. Changes apply to your next billing cycle.

Customer Portal

When will I get portal access?

You'll receive your portal invitation email on January 1st (or early in the week before your first delivery for new clients). Simply click the link, set your password, and you're in!

What can I do in the portal?

What kind of packaging do you use?

We use elevated, non-plastic sustainable packaging that's better for the environment and provides a premium experience. Our packaging is eco-conscious, fully recyclable, and reflects our commitment to both your performance and the planet.

What should I know about containers?

Please consume food within 5 days. If we use glass containers or other non-standard packaging for certain meals, we'll communicate any specific handling instructions. Chef Xport is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from the use of glass containers or other specialized packaging.

Yes! Our team reaches out to every client for a personal consultation call. We'll walk you through the portal, discuss your goals, and ensure you're on the optimal plan. You can expect a call within the first few weeks of starting (or if you prefer to schedule at a specific time, just let us know).
